(if you have Win9x/Me/NT4, forget about it) Features include (but not limited to): - Transparency (adjustable from 100% opaque to 100% transparent), - stay-on-top, - UNICODE capable, and of course all the features of NoteXpad 1.0, as well as all the features of a standard text editor.It is written in C using Win32 API.
